Getting to know you and your business


We like to kick things off with a face-to-face meeting so we can find out more about your organisation. Once we have a full understanding of requirements, we’ll supply a written proposal to outline how we will achieve your goals. We’ll include  project deliverables, specification, timescales and cost. Our pricing is transparent with fixed costs, and we can be flexible to accommodate your budget.

2. Design Process

Planning and designing the site


Once the specification and costs are agreed, we’ll move on to stage one, the design. Our creative designer will plan your website look & feel, making best use of your content, and to provide the best user experience. For larger sites, we’ll create a wireframe site map, which identifies the site structure and user journey. The interface will follow your brand guidelines and have a bespoke design that will lead the way in your business sector. Following your feedback, the design is honed into a final artwork ready for the building process.

3. The Build

Making it all happen


With the design signed off, our developers then jump into action and start coding. They integrate the site into the CMS, which will allow you manage your entire site content. The ‘Responsive’ coding is then added to the site, so it works seamlessly on all devices – pc, tablet or mobile. Finally, after content is added and the site fully tested and approved by you, we are ready to go live!

4. Launch

All Systems are Go!


Everything is tested and ready to go, so it’s now time to show the world your new site. We carefully plan a schedule so that everything will be in place when the site is uploaded to the Internet; archiving the old site, install analytics and prepping any digital marketing campaigns. Using our business-class hosting service we can ensure a problem free launch, with superfast servers to deliver your shiny new site to customers.

5. Support
