Henry Morris
For nearly 25 years Henry has specialised in assigning first-class Interim Managers and Independent Consultants to leading firms in the UK and Europe. He founded Armadillo in 1995 on two overriding principles - quality and integrity across everything the company does. Armadillo's year-on-year success is based on the company's excellent reputation and standing amongst clients and candidates. Key measures of success are repeat business with long-standing clients and word-of-mouth referrals and recommendations by satisfied customers and candidates. As the Managing Director and Founder, Henry plays an active role in all aspects of the business and is key in managing and developing key client relationships.
Sue Cuff
Sue has been in the recruitment business for more than 20 years, primarily focused on the interim market. She has personally assigned hundreds of excellent interim managers and consultants to prestige firms in the UK, Europe and Middle East - and thousands of others through the major recruitment organisations she has led. By any measure, Sue is one of the UK’s best known, most successful and highly respected individuals in this country’s recruitment industry. Those who know or get to meet Sue will be delighted to know that she is happy with her conscious decision to step away from big corporate life to join Armadillo where, in a comparatively small specialist team, she now enjoys working directly with clients and candidates.
Paul Northcott
Paul has more than 10 years experience successfully engaging and assigning executive-level managers and independent consultants to a range of national and international firms, leading SMEs and high-profile public sector organisations. Part of his earlier career focused heavily on training senior and middle-management personnel. Altogether Paul is adept at contributing to the understanding of a client’s requirements then identifying someone whose skills, experience and personality are an excellent match for the role. Paul’s positive nature, high standards and proactive approach leads to him developing and maintaining good working relationships with customers and interim consultants.
Diane Erskine
Diane, who has a deep knowledge of the interim and independent consulting market, joined Armadillo Executive Resourcing in 1996. Diane is well known and respected by many hundreds of professional Consultants and Interim Managers as she has been instrumental in growing the company's network of first-class Interims. As Head of Support, Diane’s primary focus is on the integrity of the Armadillo Network and in maintaining a pool of highly experienced and specialised Interim Managers and Consultants.
Eira Thomas
Eira joined the Armadillo team in March 2008 after working for Deloitte Consulting as an Executive Assistant for over 6 years. Her role at Armadillo focuses on resourcing and dealing with high-calibre professionals including IT Directors, Finance Managers and Programme Managers.
